Paul has been a judge for several years for the Housing Industry Australia (HIA), judging kitchens, bathrooms and custom-built homes.
He has built a reputation over many years for his commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to the smallest detail. Quality of workmanship is of utmost importance to him and his team of skilled and reliable contractors.
He regularly updates his skills by attending industry-related conferences and trade shows, and has been part of the Australian contingent to attend the American National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) International Builders' Show, researching current international building trends and products.

Paul Leitch of Pelco has been the main contractor in managing L’Oréal’s maintenance of its Head Office and Technical Centres in Melbourne and Nationally for the last 20 years.
